My boy Jack who is 10 years old wants to www.pgl.co.uk (AKA parents get lost) next year with school and it's going to cost £230.
So what Liz and I have said to Jack is that he needs to make the money to pay for it so he has decided to set himself up in a little business buying in stuff and selling it on to make a profit.
We will lend him some money to start him off to do this but I think this will be very interesting for him.
He loves programs like The Apprentice so over the next few months he will be learning so much so I will be posting up dates about what he is up to and his progress.
I think this is very important for him to learn about the life skills of how to make a profit and most of all the value of money, as many children just think money grows on trees.
Jack has now got an online shop on his website that I have helped him to set up thanks to Amazon. He is also looking at buying products to sell to his friends and family.
